KOKO and The Bald Guy's Challenge

Okay, we have WAY too much time out on the trail to think.

So, this is it -- and it involves YOU!

Part of the reason we hike is to encourage you to get out of your normal "every day" and live a healthier lifestyle.

What we are wanting you to do is for every 10 miles we hike  -- you add/subtract something to/from your day to be healthier. This could be something physical or something mental/emotional. There are no specific rules, but the more challenging you make your choices, the bigger the benefit for you (and those around you).

  1. Sounds like a great idea, just don't hike a 50-mile day!! I'll start by eating a piece of fruit for every 10 miles you hike - so you see why the 50-mile day might be dangerous. Keep on hiking and enjoy the sights. Hopefully we can hook up when you get to Ashland - Crater Lake in Oregon.......I can smell the pizza already!!
